Full Payment Required: A ticket booking will be confirmed only upon successful receipt of the full ticket amount. If a customer pays an amount less than the applicable ticket fare, the booking will not be confirmed.
Refund for Incomplete Payment: In the event of an incomplete payment, the amount received will be refunded within 7 (Seven) working days, subject to the customer submitting a refund request through the prescribed process.
Ticket Delivery: Confirmed tickets will be delivered to the registered email address and/or WhatsApp number provided at the time of booking within 0 to 12 hours after successful payment.
Non-Refundable Tickets: All confirmed ticket bookings are non-refundable. However, if a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the organizer, 25% of the ticket value plus applicable GST will be deducted as cancellation charges, and the balance amount will be refunded.
Exclusive Website Offers: Any promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, or cashback schemes are valid only for bookings made through the official website and shall not be applicable to bookings made through any third-party platform, agent, or offline channel.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including their name, email address, mobile number, and other required information. The organizer shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery of tickets due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Applicable Terms: All bookings shall be governed by the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of booking.

पूरा पेमेंट ज़रूरी: टिकट बुकिंग तभी कन्फर्म होगी जब टिकट की पूरी रकम मिल जाएगी। अगर कस्टमर लागू टिकट किराए से कम रकम देता है, तो बुकिंग कन्फर्म नहीं होगी।
अधूरे पेमेंट के लिए रिफंड: अधूरे पेमेंट की स्थिति में, मिली हुई रकम 7 (सात) वर्किंग दिनों के अंदर वापस कर दी जाएगी, बशर्ते कस्टमर तय प्रक्रिया के ज़रिए रिफंड का अनुरोध करे।
टिकट डिलीवरी: कन्फर्म टिकट, पेमेंट सफल होने के 0 से 12 घंटे के अंदर बुकिंग के समय दिए गए रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल एड्रेस और/या WhatsApp नंबर पर भेज दिए जाएंगे।
नॉन-रिफंडेबल टिकट: सभी कन्फर्म टिकट बुकिंग नॉन-रिफंडेबल होती हैं। हालाँकि, अगर ऑर्गनाइज़र की मर्ज़ी से खास हालात में रिफंड मंज़ूर किया जाता है, तो टिकट की कीमत का 25% और लागू GST कैंसलेशन चार्ज के तौर पर काटा जाएगा, और बाकी रकम वापस कर दी जाएगी।
खास वेबसाइट ऑफ़र: कोई भी प्रमोशनल ऑफ़र, डिस्काउंट, कूपन कोड या कैशबैक स्कीम सिर्फ़ ऑफ़िशियल वेबसाइट के ज़रिए की गई बुकिंग के लिए मान्य होंगे और किसी थर्ड-पार्टी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म, एजेंट या ऑफ़लाइन चैनल के ज़रिए की गई बुकिंग पर लागू नहीं होंगे।
कस्टमर की ज़िम्मेदारी: सही जानकारी देना कस्टमर की ज़िम्मेदारी है, जिसमें उनका नाम, ईमेल एड्रेस, मोबाइल नंबर और दूसरी ज़रूरी जानकारी शामिल है। कस्टमर द्वारा गलत जानकारी देने की वजह से टिकट मिलने में देरी या टिकट न मिलने के लिए ऑर्गनाइज़र ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
लागू नियम और शर्तें: सभी बुकिंग, बुकिंग के समय लागू नियमों और शर्तों के तहत होंगी।
